Just think, you're the boss working your own hours, should I work weekends or not ? Work full time or part time ? Finish at 2.30pm or 8.30pm ? The choice is yours. You will be in control of when, where and how often you work. The job is very rewarding - taking a pupil up to a standard where they can drive safely and confidently and then going on to pass a driving test from knowing little or nothing, is great to a part of.
The work is not always L test learner drivers, it could be someone wanting refresher lessons or motorway tuition or may be advanced driver training in preparation for an Advanced Driving Test.
The number of lessons required to take pupils to L test standards is increasing as driving test standards become higher. More and more people are requiring the services of an ADI to teach them to drive to these high standards. So, the need for approved driving instructors is getting greater and greater.
